HLundy Consulting (HLC) is a small, woman-owned professional consulting firm founded in 2000. Ms. Lundy is dedicated to assisting businesses of all sizes to do business with the federal government, specifically through the General Services Administration (GSA). The company prides itself on achieving 500+ government contracts for it’s customers and counting.
HLundy Consulting is supported by Senior Partner, Heather Lundy. Ms. Lundy holds a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Editing and English Literature and a Master’s Degree. She owns multiple small businesses with experience in the federal marketplace since 1998. Currently, she provides expert level consultation to clients regarding proposal writing, business development, and GSA contract development and negotiations, and GSA contract compliance. Heather acts as Project Lead to facilitate proposal creation and approval process by partnering with the client’s team.
Ms. Lundy coordinates and monitors all contract activities including conducting research, writing and editing technical documents, developing pricing and discount strategies, facilitating and managing meetings, data collection, acting as prime Point of Contact with the customer, tracking and reporting project milestones, and providing consultation and guidance through negotiations with government officials. Heather also provides support on bid/no bid analysis, red team reviews, strategic consulting, and post award proposal activities.
HLundy Consulting is further supported by a team of independent technical consultants who specialize in GSA databases, FCP, SIP, and other government platforms.
